How To Apply (Registration Procedure)

Procedure Steps

Students who have passed the UGM entrance selection but do not yet have a NIU (Student Identification Number) / UGM email must register on the following page:
mitra.simaster.ugm.ac.id
Students who already have a NIU / UGM Email must register on the following page:
simaster.ugm.ac.id
Read and agree to the applicable terms and conditions.
Select the payment scheme.
Select the “Pay” menu and make the payment according to the payment code.
Payment must be completed within 1×24 hours. If payment is not made within the specified time, the registration data will be automatically deleted.
Complete the dormitory payment according to the provided instructions.

For residents who have paid the rent up to July 15, 2025 but submit a cancellation request due to a certain reason, the payment already made will be refunded if the cancellation is no more than fourteen days from the payment date, and a 10% cancellation fee of the down payment will be charged.
If the payment is made after July 15, 2025 and a cancellation is requested, the payment cannot be refunded, even if the cancellation is less than fourteen days from the payment date (the down payment is calculated as six months of the rental period).
If the cancellation is made after fourteen days from the payment date, the down payment cannot be refunded.
